I decided to ‘craft my own’ burger and it was absolutely amazing with the freshest ingredients, and I loved the Cajun tater tots...they had a hint of spice but not a lot of heat if that makes sense. The Carmel Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake was just meh...I tasted more like left over cereal milk than it did an actual milkshake but it wasn’t terrible. I mean...I’d do it again!
Well worth the 40 mile round trip we took to visit this clean and lovely place. Fresh, FRESH lettuce, tomatoes and onions adorned this juicy, wholesome tasting, beef burger. Tasty, mouth watering and actually tasted like a fine beef burger. Well worth the trip and now that I've sampled them, I'll be back for more
I've been here twice in the last week. The staff are very friendly and food is amazing. The milkshakes will definitely put a smile on your face as well. I'd definitely recommend going. They have a simple menu and a nice selection of sides. Not just French fries. The manager and the staff i met on my visit were also very personal.

The owner David is a class act. We ordered on the app today, good size order. One of the burgers what not as ordered. I sent a polite email and David called me personally. Minor issue and the food was outstanding. He was very generous with making everything right. Great customer service, I am in F and B and appreciate Great service. Good on you David. Great job!

Burgers were cooked to perfection - juicy mouth watering flavor. My Wife said her side of cheesy fries were also amazing. I got the Wayback Classic w/ Onion Rings instead of fries and both were delicious. The staff and owner were very kind and accommodating. The restaurant is also very family friendly, clean and overall comfortable. Rest rooms were clean and smelled nice. Bonus: On a nice day, like when we came here, eat outside using their outdoor canopy tables. Delicious food, fresh air and shade from the sun. WIN / WIN! Value: I paid 8.99 for my Wayback Classic meal and made it a combo w/ onion rings for an extra 5. The prices are extremely generous for the large portions of food received and for the exceptional quality. I’ve paid more at McDonalds for a 1/10th of the quality and enjoyment than what you’ll get at Wayback! Just comparing the two feels like a sin. Verdict: HIGHLY Recommend to go here if it’s your first time, especially if you’re eating out with your family or have a group with you... AND ESPECIALLY go here if you’re craving the best cheeseburger your money can buy.. and that’s saying much considering the prices are soo generous! Will be bringing myself and my family back for more!
I ordered food at the counter at the beginning of the evening rush hour. In addition to some burgers and fries, I wanted a milkshake. But I skipped it after the attendant, Michael, indicated that the wait time for burgers was at least 20 minutes and the milkshakes would take even longer because of some technical issues they had with their equipment. I paid for some burgers and fries and went about the tedious task of waiting. Well lo and behold, Michael managed to get the milkshake machine to work and he produced a milkshake. He gave it to me for free. Unbeknownst to him, he made a small child very happy who had been asking for a milkshake for several days. So we ended up getting some excellent burgers and a free milkshake. The wait time was around 15 minutes. The dining room is comfortable enough to make the waiting trivial. Overall, a great establishment for some unique burgers and shakes.
